We also offer graduate apprenticeships

Our Level 7 Apprenticeship programme is the equivalent of a Masters Degree and results in the ACA accountancy qualification. As with most apprenticeships, you study while you work, attending college at the same time as gaining practical, hands-on experience.

The ACA qualification requires you to pass 15 exams and in the final stage of the apprenticeship, you need to complete a 4,000-word project report.

During your apprenticeship, we’ll give you all the support and guidance you need. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of different industry sectors to help you choose where your accountancy career might take you.

To be accepted onto our apprenticeship programme, you need a minimum of a 2:1 degree and a minimum of Grade B or above in A-Levels.

Our recruitment process

Please send your CV and a covering letter highlighting the role for which you would like to be considered to recruitment@mgr.co.uk.

If your CV fits the bill, the next stage of your application will be a short (20-30 min) video call to discuss your experience and the job role in more depth. This will also give you the opportunity to find out more about us.

If both parties want to progress with the process, we’ll then invite you to a formal interview in person (if you are based in London). If you are applying for an apprenticeship programme, we will also ask you to complete a couple of exercises. After this, we’ll make a decision and let you know as soon as possible whether you’ve been successful.

We understand that you may need to work around your current commitments. This is why we always aim to offer utmost flexibility during the interview process.
